Ahimsa on the Hill

An experiential retreat
for all those identifying as female.
June 21 - 25, 2018
Creatively explore the notion of non-violence towards ourselves and others.

Ahimsa on the Hill is an experiential retreat for all those identifying as female. We will creatively explore the notion of non-violence towards ourselves and others.
Many people have experienced marginalisation which can be internalised in ways which make it hard for us to offer ourselves and others conditions to flourish.
Using a variety of creative materials and activities we will ‘make mischief’ on the mountain, exploring the disruption of societal norms about bodies, and challenging hierarchies of body value.

We suggest you fly into Malaga and arrange flights if possible to get the 18h30 bus direct to Loja where you will be picked up at 20h00 in time for supper!

Arriving by Car:
A92-to Loja from Malaga, get off at Loja East. Drop down through town over bridge and follow road up hill, 17km to Ventorros de San Jose. Pass straight through village-church on right, the cemetery set back on left. A little further along on right hand side you will see a blue painted stone. Take that turning and follow track to end...(from church to entrance of Cortijo Verde is probably little more than 500m). You will be greeted by the donkeys!
