Yoga from Within

Hatha yoga & meditation retreat

5 days gentle, nature-based practice
September 20 - 25, 2017
Time in stillness and quiet observation of our inner and outer surroundings

About

A 5-day yoga retreat with Paul Harris and Caroline Pick offering a gentle, nature- based practice of Hatha Yoga, inspired by Heinz Grill.

We will spend time in stillness and quiet observation of our inner and outer surroundings here in the Sierra de Loja and explore the creative value of asana as an imaginative tool for our lives.

There are 10 places available in total, with participants sharing twin rooms each with shower as well as communal living/ cooking space. We will come together to prepare wholesome vegetarian food on daily basis as community as well as in other practical tasks here at Cortijo Verde.

Cortijo Verde is an Interspecies Family and Retreat Centre in Andalusia dedicated to Permaculture and the Somatic Arts that has been created as a sanctuary for human and non-human species alike. You are particularly welcome as the very first group of yoga students to share our home on the hill with our friendly family!
